Welcome to Brick Bazaar. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of brickbazaar.store (the “Site”) and any purchase you make from us. By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Who We Are

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or using the Site under the supervision of a parent or guardian, to place an order. By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are legally able to enter into a purchase agreement.

3. Products

  • We sell new and collector LEGO® sets. Product descriptions, images, and pricing are provided in good faith and to the best of our knowledge, but we do not warrant that all details are error-free.
  • Sets described as “brand new sealed” are sold as such at the time of listing; condition of collector or discontinued sets may vary and will be described on the product page.
  • We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse orders, or discontinue any product at our discretion.

4. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated, and are subject to change without notice.
  • Payment is processed securely through PayPal and/or other listed payment providers at checkout. We do not store your full payment card details.
  • You confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.
  • Orders shipping outside the U.S. (including Canada) may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Orders & Order Acceptance

  • Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order, including due to pricing errors, stock availability, or suspected fraud.
  • You will receive an order confirmation by email; this confirms receipt of your order, not necessarily our acceptance of it.
  • If we are unable to fulfill your order, we will notify you and issue a full refund.

6. Shipping

  • We currently ship to addresses within the United States and Canada.
  • Free shipping applies to orders above $500 and to first-time orders, as indicated on the Site at checkout.
  • Estimated delivery times are provided for convenience and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events outside our control.
  • Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon our delivery to the shipping carrier.

7. Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our separate Refund & Return Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

8. Intellectual Property & Trademarks

  • LEGO®, the LEGO logo, and related product names and themes (including Star Wars™, City, and Architecture) are trademarks of the LEGO Group and/or their respective rights holders.
  • Brick Bazaar is an independent reseller and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the LEGO Group. We sell genuine, retail-sourced LEGO products.
  • All other content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, and images original to Brick Bazaar — is our property or used with permission and may not be copied or reproduced without consent.

9. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its systems, or other users’ accounts
  • Interfere with the security or proper functioning of the Site
  • Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the Site without our written permission

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Brick Bazaar shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or purchase of products, including but not limited to loss of use, data, or profits. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

Products are provided “as is” and “as available.” Except as expressly stated in our Refund & Return Policy, we make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Site or products, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, to the extent permitted by law.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. If you are a consumer located in Canada or elsewhere, mandatory consumer protection laws of your local jurisdiction may also apply and are not overridden by this section.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect once posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
