At Brick Bazaar, we want you to love your build. If something isn’t right with your order, here’s how we make it right.
1. Return Window
You may return most items within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund.
2. Condition of Returned Items
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be in the same condition you received it — unused and in its original packaging
- Opened sets are not eligible for return, unless the item arrived damaged or defective (see Section 5)
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
3. Return Shipping
Return shipping is covered by Brick Bazaar — you will not be charged to send an eligible item back to us.
4. How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, contact us at info@brickbazaar.store or via WhatsApp/live chat with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide instructions and a prepaid return label.
5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect — including opened sets damaged in transit — contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
6. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status:
- Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
- Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account
7. Non-Returnable Items
The following are not eligible for return:
- Opened or used LEGO sets (unless damaged/defective on arrival — see Section 5)
- Items marked as final sale at the time of purchase
8. Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at info@brickbazaar.store. We can cancel orders that have not yet shipped. Once an order has shipped, our standard return process applies.
